Enjoy a delicious buffet offering roasted acorn squash, succotash, White Mountain mashed potatoes, Pueblo roasted turkey & scratch gravy, fruit salad, greens with home-made herb vinaigrette & ranch and Susie’s Horno bread.
Lunch will not be offered in the cafe. All non-meal plan students eat for free. Staff & faculty cost is $5. Meal plan students sign in.
